Enrolment Period

Enrolments will continue automatically from term to term until the end of the school year.

Withdrawal notice If your child cannot continue dancing, we can cancel their enrolment. We require a cancellation form to be submitted, and this form can be obtained from the office by phone or email. We require two week’s notice for all cancellations and your account will be amended to include this notice.

If we do not receive a cancellation form, fees will still need to be paid and no refunds will be given. A cancellation form must be provided via email to info@lime-lite.com.au not to the class teacher.

Number of lessons per School Term

The number of lessons for classes is based on school term dates. Classes are charged per number of lessons during a term.

Late pick-up fee

A late pick-up fee per our published fees will be charged where students are not collected any more than 15min upon the end of dance lessons. A late fee of $5 per child will apply. Please note that contacting the studio if late will incur NO charge

Communication and Complaints

Parents requiring communication with teachers can email or contact Vanessa directly, which will liaise with the teacher to agree on a suitable time to discuss. Please speak with your teacher before submitting a formal complaint.

Complaints are to be made in writing and can be submitted to info@lime-lite.com.au

Attendance

Your child’s attendance in class is essential to their peers and our teaching staff. As a member of the team, it is a commitment for you to ensure your child attends their classes on time each week and attends all lessons planned for them. Not only do absences impact the concert routines we create, but it also impacts the social and confidence-building principles we work hard to foster in each age group.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate make-up sessions for students who miss classes.
