Vanessa Correa
Vanessa has been dancing from the age of 3 years studying all aspects of the performing arts. Vanessa is a natural born talent whose extensive training and hard work has shown to be a success in the entertainment industry.
Starting at an early age with the K and V Dancecorp and later graduating from Brent Street Studio in 2005 with a certificate IV in performing arts, Vanessa’s passion to entertain continues to grow as she works professionally in the industry.
Vanessa also has a passion for Teaching and Choreography. She has a natural creative flare, an eye for detail and the ability to come up with fresh ideas. Specializing in teaching the dance syllabus as part of the school curriculum in several primary schools, Vanessa choreographs school productions and is known for the quality of the work she produces and the results she achieves, not only in her students’ growth as a performer but at numerous competitions around the Northern Beaches.
Vanessa has danced and learned from leading choreographers including Kelly Abbey, Marko Panzic, Jason Winters, Matt Lee, Jackie Howard, Cameron Mitchell and Daren Disney.
Vanessa became the director of Limelite Performing Arts Academy in 2013 where she continues to uphold the philosophy and values with the motto ‘striving to keep dance fun’.


Emily Dreyer
From a young age Emily trained under the guidance of Elizabeth McGirr, completing all her RAD grade and major examinations; allowing her to become an Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD).
Emily went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts at ED5international before going on to work on various productions across Sydney, her favourite being Stephen Sondheim’s Company. In 2019 Emily was awarded a full scholarship to study in New York at the Stella Adler Studio.
Now with over 7 years teaching experience, Emily enjoys teaching for various schools across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches as well as Choreographing for local productions. She is also in her final year of her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, Theatre).
Emily is very excited to be teaching for Limelite Performing Arts this year!
